If you have credit remaining on your Lunch Shop account, all funds will be transferred to School Hub during the switchover. However, you will no longer be able to view historical transactions made. This won’t be lost completely, and a member of our team or your School’s School Hub admin can access this if requested.
Your username and email address will remain the same and you will just need to create a new password when accessing the system for the first time.
We are still in the final stages of developing the system for launch and you will be contacted as soon as we have a launch date for your School. We anticipate this to be after the Easter break. On the switchover date, you will no longer be able to access Lunch Shop but don’t worry, you will receive plenty of notice when the time comes.
Yes, no payments already made by parents will be lost.
